How many users are licensed per icon set?

1 single user is licensed to use the icons when a single purchase is made. If you would like additional users licensed (2-10 Users), you must purchase an additional icon set. In order to purchase 2 of the same icon set, you must make 2 separate purchases/transactions. This will acknowledge your extended license and keep all of your additional users/employees protected. If you need 10+ users licensed, please contact us directly for a quote. 

 

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

An email with payment confirmation details outlined in an invoice format was sent to the email address that was entered at checkout. You have the option to print or save the email for your records. If you cannot find the email, please contact us and we will be happy to resend it to you. 

 

Can I use these icons within a design template (such as theme forest) and offer it for purchase?

If you are using more than 10 icons within your design template that is available for free or for purchase, you must purchase an extended license. To acquire an extended license, you must purchase the icon set twice, as 2 separate transactions. The second transaction will acknowledge your extended license and will allow you to freely use up to 50 icons within your template.

 

How long is the digital download available after purchase?

Each purchase is followed with an immediate download link through the website, along with a email that has a link to download that will expire 24hrs once the link is first activated. If you lost access to your icon file, or accidentally deleted your files, please email us with the email address you ordered with and we can resend the download link.

 

How can I access my purchase(s) from Flaticons 1.0?

Our new system sends direct download links through email without the need for an account. If you have an old account you can access your previous purchase by contacting us directly with the email you purchased the icon set with and we will gladly resend the icon files to you.
